Shipping Policy

We currently deliver all over Pakistan.

Order Processing
Orders are confirmed by our team through a phone call or WhatsApp message. Please keep your phone available after placing an order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times may also be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan. No extra delivery charges are added at checkout.

Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please pay the rider in cash when you receive your parcel.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier will try to contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable or do not answer, the courier may reattempt delivery. Orders that are refused or unreachable may be cancelled.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days on WhatsApp or at muhammadokz2008@gmail.com.
